While setting up our new book club website and closing the formerly used Facebook group in the process, we happened upon some interesting snippets of book club history. This in one we thought worth sharing.
In the early book club days (Imagine this being narrated with an elderly lady’s voice!), our club member Nicole had the fantastic idea to not only have tea at our discussion sessions but have it with style, too. She designed book club tea mugs in the rose-coloured book stacks design that was used for the club’s first posters and tea was never enjoyed more stylishly.
